Experience at Newly opened MAMAGOTO in Hyderabad

wish you all a very Happy New year 2016!!!!

What could be a better choice to treat your taste buds differently after all the sweet Christmas & New Year party treats than to indulge in some spicy,tangy Asian flavors!!!

glad to have been invited to the very first branch of Mamagoto in Hyderabad at Banjara Hills.

its a Must visit place for anyone who craves Asian flavors.

Choice of a Sunday Dinner was just Perfect for two of us to Wind up the tiring week gone by.

Must say, Mamagoto impressed the Foodie in me & the Perfectionist in Him!! :P

was in love with the Perfect Oriental ambience...

loved the music that wasn't too loud or harsh.

even though it was all crowded,all tables occupied,still we two didnt feel bothered coz' of quite spacious distance between the tables.(yes that does matter if you really wanna talk talk and talk and dont wanna bother fellow eaters on other tables)

don’t wanna miss mentioning the neat,clean and well done tables.

And what made the Foodie in me feel more special was the Coaster placed on the table saying,”YOUR TUMMY IS NOT A TEMPLE,ITS AN AMUSEMENT PARK” :p

it seemed a busy Sunday evening,all tables were occupied but still got a prompt service from taking the orders to table service.

Was kindly attended by the manager, Mr. Milan Dutta who suggested the latest additions in the menu to what was Best as per our choice of taste.

Food-5/5

We skipped on Soups and salads and directly ordered Mocktails ans starters.

We ordered Chennai Chiller,a smoothie with Perfect blend of pineapple,coconut,honey & yogurt.

And Virgin mojito (was in no mood for any detox drink or digestive teas available)

**Starters-we went ahead with

-Shrimps with dry red chilli+burnt garlic and OMG!!! It was just Stupendous!!!

fresh flavors,perfectly cooked

and i just realised we didnt get the chance to click the pic of the same coz' it was served straightaway *facepalm*

nevermind, how could i miss mentioning these rice fries served with chillies.

-Street Chicken Satay with peanut sauce- was served with skewers and I totally loved it.

Im someone who’s always very specific about how well the chicken is cooked and this dish passed my moody test. Perfectly cooked…awesome flavors and combination. Must Try!!!

-potato wedges with chilli mayo (this was the only dish that I found ordinary..otherwise rest hit the 10 on 10 for me.

-visiting an Oriental restaurant and how can you miss ordering Dumplings (or MoMos)

We went ahead with the fried ones,Mama’s special chicken dumplings

**main course- by the time we were to otder main course we were already full.

We chose Rice bowl over noodles ,our best chosen was Spciy Bangkok rice bowl (chicken)

Must say if youre a non vegetarian you have a lot to taste and try here.

**Dessert- like I mentioned we were in no mood for any oriental digestive teas so we straightaway ordered dessert and take my words,Mama’s Chocolate brownie is worth every penny after your tastebuds have been bombarded with tangy,spicy oriental flavors.

Would be a great place for a meal time with your gang…

Even a date would be great here if he/she prefers Asian food J

My overall take for the #Mamagoto banjaraHills is 5 on 5!!

Definitely revisiting ..this time it was just two of us…next would be our Buddy gang.
